'Long' loan process moves forward
Riverland Medical Center has filed a pre-application with USDA for a loan to construct a new hospital in Concordia Parish.
"Everybody is getting more excited each day," said Riverland Medical Center administrator Billy Rucker. "But we know it's a long, tedious process."
Meanwhile, the hospital administration continues work to prepare for construction of a new hospital on the Ferriday-Vidalia Highway between Marsala Beverage and Levee Heights subdivision.
