Abraham announces $300,000 grant for Louisiana Tech
Congressman Ralph Abraham, M.D., R-Alto, announced Tuesday, Sept. 8, that Louisiana Tech University has been awarded a $300,000 federal grant to pursue scientific research.
The National Science Foundation awarded the grant as part of its Special Studies and Analyses of Biomedical Engineering Program. The money will support Tech’s research of cells.
“This grant recognizes the contributions that Louisiana Tech’s students, faculty and staff are making to the scientific community.
