Abraham: Allow Arlington burial for La. guardsman

Congressman Ralph Abraham, who chairs a subcommittee that oversees federal military cemeteries, is among the lawmakers asking the army to reconsider its decision to deny a fallen Louisiana National Guardsman's burial at Arlington National.
Abraham, R-Alto, and his Louisiana colleagues spoke to Deputy Secretary of the Army Deb Wada Tuesday in a call initiated by Congressman Garrett Graves, R-Baton Rouge.
Staff Sgt. Thomas Florich, originally from Baton Rouge, was one of four Louisiana Army National Guardsmen killed in a UH-60M Black Hawk helicopter crash off the coast of Florida on March 10.
